Paul Smeeth
Paul has a collective property and finance experience of over 25 years ranging from estate agency, land brokering and financial services. Paul has developed a particular expertise in commercial and development Finance and has forged some very high level relationships with private and merchant banks. Paul has hands on experience in establishing and operating mezzanine finance used to "top up" on senior debt as well as JV funding for Residential and Commercial development funding projects throughout the UK and Europe.

A successful property entrepreneur in his own right with over a decade of personal experience in property investment Steve has over the last few years successfully turned his hand to helping many of his clients build extensive property portfolios in the UK and overseas. Having established "Cherish Properties Limited and Cherish Investments Limited" both property related companies the next natural progression was to step into finance provision which is where Steve and Paul crossed paths.
