2. Prior to application forms being processed a Non Disclosure Agreement must be fully completed and signed by the applicant seeking finance from our introduced services.
3. The Application form must also be completed in full and signed by the applicant; we are unable to process applications that are not fully competed.
4. The finance providers we introduce will require direct access to clients as soon as we submit completed applications to them and any persons submitting applications by that
act are agreeing to direct contact from other service providers.
5. Our fees will be identified at the point of issue of initial terms and prior to the applicant committing to the funding. Any fees required at this stage will be non refundable our standard fee for retention for developer finance is £1995 Once engaged to secure the finance we will also require completion of an irrevocable fee agreement.
6. Our fees are considered earned upon issue of an offer of finance from a lender, payment will be at our discretion deferred until drawdown of the loan, this will be detailed in the fee agreement.
7. Cherish Finance is not a licensed Investment advisor. We are not authorised by the Financial Services Authority to provide investment or financial advice and act only as an introducer to products through this web site.
8. Neither anything on Cherish Finance website nor any other communication from Cherish Finance is intended to be, or should be constructed as, an invitation or inducement (direct or indirect) to any person to engage in investment activities.

17. Any purchases that are time dependent and contract bound and do not complete through any of our introduces services or attract penalties of any kind are not the responsibility of Cherish Finance.
18. All parties entering into finance applications through Cherish Finance introductions do so entirely at their own risk.
19. Cherish Finance will not be held responsible for any losses or damages arising as a result of using services or products introduced by Cherish Finance.
20. By completing a Non Disclosure Agreement and initial application form and paying any fees, it will be implied that you are agreeing to these terms and conditions in full.
21. The initial application fee and any other fees paid are non-refundable.
22. In the unlikely event the funding source we introduce withdraws their offer prior to offer the applicant will be responsible for recovering fees paid to third parties.
23. We accept payment by cheque, bankers draft or bank transfer. All cheques/bankers drafts must be made payable to Cherish Properties Limited. We are also able to accept cash or debit and credit card payments through our office, details taken by phone on 0121 713 1656
24. Clients are able to use their own solicitors and mortgage brokers if appropriate alongside the services we introduce.
25. Cherish literature is strictly under copyright and reproduction of the whole or part of it in any form is prohibited without written permission.
26. We are committed to protecting your privacy.
27. We will only use the information we collect from you to facilitate the processing of any application and to provide you with the best possible service.
28. We will only email you in relation to Cherish services and related matters and you will be able to unsubscribe at anytime from our email database.
29. The type of information we will collect about you includes your name, address, telephone number and email address.
30. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
31. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us and if you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct them promptly.
